The institute site is presentational. We process personal data only where you send it to us yourself, and only as far as the purpose requires.
Contact form. Your name, e-mail address, subject and message are sent by e-mail to the address of the institute. The site keeps no copy of the message. We use your address to reply.
Newsletter. We store the e-mail address, the language and the time of the subscription. A subscription is confirmed by opening a link in an e-mail, so nothing is sent to you without your confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every e-mail, and the address is then removed.
Spam protection. The forms may be protected by reCAPTCHA, a service of Google. When it is switched on, your browser loads a script from Google hosts and Google processes the data it needs to tell a person from a machine, in particular the IP address and the behaviour on the page. The terms and the privacy notice are published by Google.
Analytics. Traffic measurement only starts once you agree in the cookie bar. Without that agreement it is not loaded.
Your rights. You may ask for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and you may object to the processing. Write to us at the address of the institute.
